UGC Terms & Conditions

Noble Designs LLC ("Noble Designs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Noble at Home monthly submission program (the "Program"). The Program invites customers to submit original photos and videos featuring Noble Designs products for a chance to be featured on the Noble Designs Instagram account and receive a gift card.

By submitting content to the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit content.

 

The Program is open to individuals worldwide, subject to the following conditions:

•       You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of submission.

•       You must have purchased or received a Noble Designs product and be featuring that product in your submission.

•       Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Noble Designs LLC are not eligible to participate.

•       Void where prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

No purchase is necessary to enter. However, submitted content must feature an authentic Noble Designs product.

 

The Program runs on a monthly cycle. Submissions open on the first (1st) day of each calendar month and close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last day of that same month (each, a "Submission Period"). Submissions received outside of an active Submission Period will not be considered.

Noble Designs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any monthly Submission Period with reasonable notice.

 

There are two methods of entry:

•       Instagram Hashtag: Post an original photo or video featuring a Noble Designs product to your public Instagram account and include the hashtag #NobleDesignsHome in the caption.

•       Submission Form: Submit an original photo or video directly via the submission form at nobledesigns.com. Complete all required fields, including your name, email address, and the Noble Designs product featured.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Submission Period, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Entries submitted via Instagram must be posted to a public account. Entries submitted via the form must be uploaded directly to the form. Links to third-party file hosts will not be accepted.

 

Submitted content must meet all of the following requirements:

•       Feature at least one Noble Designs product prominently.

•       Be an original photo or video created by you and not previously submitted to this Program.

•       Be in JPG, PNG, or MP4 format. Maximum file size: 50 MB.

•       Not contain any third-party intellectual property (including music, artwork, or logos) without appropriate licenses.

•       Not contain content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable in the sole discretion of Noble Designs.

•       Not contain any persons other than yourself without their express written consent.

Noble Designs reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements without notice.

 

By submitting content to the Program, you grant Noble Designs LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and promote your submitted content in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to:

•       Posts and Stories on the Noble Designs Instagram account and other social media platforms.

•       Email marketing campaigns.

•       The Noble Designs website.

•       Paid advertising and promotional materials.

This license includes the right to crop, resize, or edit submitted content for formatting purposes without altering its fundamental nature. Noble Designs will credit you by your Instagram handle or first name where reasonably practicable, but is not obligated to do so.

You retain full ownership of your submitted content. Noble Designs does not claim ownership over any submission.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights to the submitted content; (b) the content does not infringe any third-party rights; and (c) Noble Designs' use of the content as described herein will not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

 

One (1) winner will be selected per Submission Period. The winner is selected at the sole discretion of the Noble Designs team based on criteria including, but not limited to, image quality, composition, styling, and authentic representation of Noble Designs products. The Program is a skill-based contest and not a lottery or game of chance.

The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) business days following the close of each Submission Period. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, Noble Designs reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Noble Designs' selection decisions are final and binding. No correspondence regarding selection criteria will be entered into.

 

The prize is one (1) Noble Designs gift card with a value of one hundred US dollars ($100 USD) (the "Prize").

The Prize is subject to the following conditions:

•       Non-transferable. The Prize may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

•       No cash value. The Prize has no cash equivalent and cannot be substituted.

•       Valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused balances after this period are forfeited.

•       Redeemable at nobledesigns.com only. The gift card cannot be used at third-party retailers.

•       Subject to Noble Designs' standard gift card terms.

Noble Designs reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if the described Prize becomes unavailable.

All taxes, duties, and fees associated with receipt or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Noble Designs will not be responsible for any such charges.

 

Personal information collected through the Program (including name, email address, and Instagram handle) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Program, notifying winners, and distributing the Prize. Your information will not be sold to third parties.

By participating, you agree that Noble Designs may contact you via email regarding your submission and, if applicable, your Prize. You may also be added to the Noble Designs marketing list, from which you may unsubscribe at any time.

Submission of content to the Program constitutes consent to Noble Designs' use of your first name and/or Instagram handle in connection with any public announcement of the winning entry.

All Noble Designs trademarks, trade names, logos, and branding displayed in connection with the Program are the exclusive property of Noble Designs LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Noble Designs intellectual property other than as necessary to participate in the Program.

 

The Program is provided "as is." Noble Designs makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or any Prize.

Noble Designs is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete submissions; (b) technical failures or errors in connection with the submission form or Instagram platform; (c) any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Program or use of any Prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noble Designs LLC's total liability in connection with this Program shall not exceed the value of the Prize ($100 USD).

 

Noble Designs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Noble Designs' reasonable control. In the event of termination, Noble Designs will select a winner from eligible entries received prior to termination if reasonably practicable.

Noble Designs reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at nobledesigns.com/pages/ugc-terms and will take effect upon posting. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Noble Designs LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
